My name is Russ Brill, I own and operate Capitol City Security with the help of my lovely Wife Julie. Both of us have lived and worked in the Sacramento area our entire lives. I can't imagine ever leaving Sacramento, it's a great place to live and work.

2. Capitol City Security is licensed by the State of California. Our Alarm Company Operator license number is 6128. You may verify our license status by contacting the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Bureau of Security & Investigative Services at 916 - 322 - 4000, or via their website at www.bsis.ca.gov .
3. We are a Locally Owned & Operated business, and we have a personal connection to the local community.
4. We care about our customers and the experience they have with us. That's why our Company Mission states, "We will strive to consistently provide quality Workmanship and Customer Service to each and every one of our Customers while helping to protect their lives and property".
5. We install and service EverFocus and Honeywell security equipment for our Residential and Commercial Customers. EverFocus and Honeywell offer quality equipment that most homeowners and small business owners can afford.
6. We offer a GREAT Equipment Warranty with all of our Residential and Commercial Alarm System Packages. The warranty is designed to protect our customers from costly repair bills (Certain Restrictions Apply).
7. We have competitive prices. We offer a couple of basic Alarm System packages that most Home and Small Business owners can afford.
8. Our Central Station Monitoring Center is U.L. listed and 5 Diamond Certified. 5 Diamond Certification was awarded to the station because it consistently provides high quality service and utilizes false alarm reduction procedures.
